Band Full-Coherent Doppler Weather Radar
GLC-16A full-coherent
Doppler weather radar is a new generation
of weather radar netted in China, which
operates in S band and adopts Doppler signal
processing technology. It has great capability
to automatically generate disaster weather
alarm.
It also can automatically
generate and display various weather products,
and earlier detect the air current threatening
aviation (even in the clear sky) and catastrophic
flood, which improve the capability of detecting
and warning heavy catastrophic weather,
such as rainstorm, precipitation, wind shear,
tornado and hailstone, etc.

Band Dual-Channel and Dual-Polarization
Full-Coherent Doppler Weather Radar
CLC-12 radar employs pulse
Doppler and dual-polarzation techniques,
which can not only estimate accurately the
distribution, regional precipitation and
phase state of rainfall particles in cloud
within a radius of 150km, but also efficiently
make surveillance and early warning for
catastrophic weather, such as typhoon, rainstorm,
hailstone, squall line, tornado, etc. within
a radius of 300km.
Due to the dual-polarization
function added on the basis of Doppler weather
radar, CLC-12 radar can obtain more information
about the shape and phase state of rainfall
particles. This radar has already been a
new powerful equipment for the weather detection.

Band Full-Coherent Doppler Weather Radar
The C band full-coherent
Doppler weather radar represents the development
trend of a new generation of weather radar.
With advanced techniques, various functions
and good performance, the GLC-18 radar can
not only detect the location and intensity
of rainfall, but also determine the velocity
and direction of airflow within the rainfall.
It can also accurately
estimate the rainfall distribution and regional
precipitation within a radius of 200km.
Additionally, it can implement efficient
surveillance and early warning for catastrophic
weather, such as typhoon, rainstorm, squall
line, hailstone and tornado, etc. within
a radius of 400km.

Band Low Troposphere Wind Profile Radar
GLC-24A P band low troposphere
wind profile radar is a pulse Doppler radar
with upright pointing that can detect 3D
wind field of atmosphere in clear air and
real time. It can get data of wind profile
at different time through accumulation of
scattering signals, which come from zenith,
east, west, south and north beams at different
altitudes, and complicated data processing
.
Profile radar can complete
beam detection within an interval of 10
minutes, measure and record several kinds
of atmosphere parameters continuously and
provide radial wind velocity, spectrum width,
horizontal wind velocity, vertical wind
velocity, structural parameter of refractive
rate Cn2 at the height of 150m to 8km with
120m height resolution. Cooperated with
audio transmitter, it can detect temperature
profile within the height of 3000m in real
time.

L Band Boundary
Layer Wind Profile Radar:
CLC-11 L band boundary
layer wind profile radar is a pulse Doppler
radar with upright pointing that can detect
3D wind field of atmosphere in clear weather
and real time. It can get data of wind profile
at different time through accumulation of
scattering signals, which come from zenith,
east, west, south and north beams at different
altitudes, and complicated data processing.
This radar can complete
beam detection within an interval of 10
minutes, measure and record several kinds
of atmosphere parameters continuously and
provide radial wind velocity, spectrum width,
horizontal wind velocity, vertical wind
velocity, structural parameter of refractive
rate at the height of 50m to 5km with 30m
height resolution. Cooperated with audio
