and Commercial Residence

Construct a Control Room
at the main gates with full bullet proof
glass. |

Install high resolution
fully functional color surveillance
cameras that will cover the entire premises.
It must have recording capability such
as DVR with LCD Monitors as required.
Full function monitoring ND control
must be provided at the main gate. |

Provide a communication
center with hot line connectivity to
the MOI Security Department. |

Provide communication
devices between control room, main gate
control office, watch towers and patrol
units. |
| 5 |
Install a heavy duty electrically
operated steel sliding gate at the main
entrance. |
| 6 |
Install highly advanced
detection devices at the main gate such
as metal detectors and explosive detectors
for cars and individuals. |
| 7 |
Install a Road Blocker
50 meters behind the main gate inspection
area. |
| 8 |
Install a 3 meters high
perimeter wall around the facility premises
with razor wire fitted on top of the
wall. |
| 9 |
Install Flood Lights around
the entire facilitate internal and external
areas. |
| 10 |
Install high lookout surveillance
towers at all facility corners. The
towers must be 4 meters higher than
existing perimeter walls. |

Provide civil security
personal that will cover 24hrs shifts.
All security personal must be of Saudi
Origin. The number of security personal
will be determined by the MOI authority. |

Install Large Jersey Wall
Barrier around the entire facility. |
| 13 |
Install Phosphoric Security
Sign Boards 60cm X 60cm. Must write
the following “KEEP OUT, NO PARKING
ZONE “ |

Install a large sign board
at the main entrance gate. Size 1.5meters
X 1 meter. Must write “ Turn OFF Car
Lights“. |

Provide a 6 meters path
way for the security vehicle patrol
unit movement around the entire inner
wall of the facility. |

Install an MOI program
software and server for resident data
upload and transfer to MOI Authority
head quarters. |
| 17 |
Provide fresh drinkable
water for all Military Security Personal
around the compound. |
| 18 |
Install all Civil Defense
Safety Measures per the Saudi Civil
Defense Requirements. |
| 19 |
Install a Standby Power
Generator as backup for the entire site
in the event of an electrical power
failure. |
| 20 |
Provide Secure Shelter
Facility for use in-case of emergency
evacuation to all residence and staff
with all security, safety and fundamental
survival provisions. |
| 21 |
Install a Server Based
Called ID Facility that will encompass
all phone lines. |
| 22 |
Provide a Hijra Calendar
Month data upload and transfer for all
residence and their families to MOI
Authority Head Quarters via the MOI
program software and server installed. |

Install Large Jersey Barriers
prior to the facility entrance. They
must be installed in Z letter form to
enable vehicle zig zag approach to the
facility. |

Provide 6 room accommodations
for Military Personal Residing at the
facility. |
| 25 |
Provide an armored secure
facility warehouse structure for MOI
Military weapons and Ammo depot. |

امنيه مدنيه سعوديه (سيكرتى) على مدار
الساعه يحدد عددهم من قبل الجهات الامنيه |

أحاطة الموقع
بصبات خرسانيه ذات احجام كبيرة من جميع
الجهات |

توفير لوحات
إرشاديه وتحذيريه فسفوريه على كامل المجمع
بمساحة (60×60) سم لكل لوحة لعبارة (ممنوع
الاقتراب ، ممنوع الوقوف) |

توفير لوحة
إرشاديه كبيرة فى البوابه الآوليه بمساحة
( 1×1.5) م لعبارة ( اطفىء النور ،ابرز
هويتك) |

توفير مساحة
أمنيه لا تقل عن (6) م داخل المحيط يفصل
بين السور الخارجى والسور الداخلى للمجمع
وتخصص هذه المنطقة لدوريات الراجله و
المتحركه |

توفير جهاز
حاسب الآلى للارتباط بالجهات الأمنيه

الأمنيه ببيانات سكان المجمع ومرافقيهم
