Service Call Segments
Covering the Entire Middle East Region:
- Service call within 3 hrs: for all
clients with 12 months prepaid service
contract.
(Per Saudi Local Time)
- Service call within 12 hrs: for all
clients with recent installation of
60 days or less.
(Per Saudi Local Time)
- Service call within 24 hrs: for all
clients that have booked the service
before 12:00 noon the day of the Failure
or Fault.
(Per Saudi Local Time)
- Service call within 48 hrs: for all
clients that have booked the service
after 12:01 noon the day of the Failure
or Fault.
(Per Saudi Local Time)
- Service call within 72 hrs: for all
clients that have booked the service
call after 5:00pm Wednesday Evening.

Please do not contact the technician
directly for any reason as this will delay
the service calls to all clients that day.
